I need a 2d or 3d animator

We are putting together an initiative to illustrate real historic events in short video and podcast format and are putting together a small team to help us achieve this. The animated videos are expected to be between 7 -10 minutes in length to put a historic story to the site the visitor is at. We are thinking that half of the video is likely to use photographs to outline the site's history and the rest will be an animated back story to the place of interest.
