I need a 2D animator

I have 6 seconds of a dance dm sequence that i want cleaned up but also i also want its cloak to be symbolic of the soul before it gets wrapoesmd, screaming by death. The figure dances but the cloak is always following as death does the souls "face" twists into a muntch like scream becore being swallwed by the black cloak. The original file, which i can provide is in animate, if that could be done, it it coukd be converted to clip studio animate. Im putring it amongst other animations so would need the full file after
