I need an animator

I'm designing my own hypnotherapy website. I've seen a little animation of a tree growing, bursting into leaf, and then losing them, that I love. (I'll attach one or two frames). Unfortunately, the owner hasn't responded to my email asking for permission to use it. So I'm looking for somebody who will rework the idea very closely.
