I need an animator

I want a quick 2d or 3d (preferably 2d) scene of a penguin and a panda, both with sunglasses on and a cool style. They are speeding in a convertible on a highway or something, with a sense of freedom and then all of a sudden they start getting chased by the fbi or something, theres a little chase, panda is driving and penguin is on the passanger seat. penguin explodes them with a handgun shot to the tank or something after the little chase scene and the end of the scene they get chased by a helicopter and the helicopter launches a missile which explodes behind the lambo and the whole scene ends. You may get creative with whatever you want to input on the scene, like a cigarette or something on one of the characters or anything comical to the situation that isn't racist homophobic or anything like that. it's an intro for a youtube channel and the song will be linked here. the whole scene should have a length from 0:35 to 1:19 of the song that was linked - that is 34 seconds give or take
