I need a 3D animation designer to create a Nurse character talking animation with After Effects -- 2

I need a 3D animation designer to create a 3D (30 seconds GIF) Real Human Look Nurse character which I plan to use for a text to speech interactive kiosk screen. The Character should be useful for all generic text to speech format without noticeable mouth movement error. The designer when hired will also help to create additional 11 procedural illustrations GIF animation of maximum 30 seconds for a kiosk screen. I need someone who is ready to follow my layman explanation and instructions with patience.
