I need an animated YouTube intro for a childs channel with a moving cartoon animation

I am looking to have a short intro done for a Youtube Channel. The animation will be in a pretty pink and purple sky with clouds and a sun etc. A little girl will be on a ladder painting her name in the sky and then throwing paint at the camera which will black out and end the intro. No more than 10 sec. I need this done well. This is not something you will be able to rush
