I need a SVG animator for a limited POC project
Budget: $5,000 – $10,000 USD
I need a graphic designer and animator who can create SVG animation files for 3 interactive books of approx 10 pages each.
This project is a POC that has the potential to expand into a full project based on its success.
The project is designed to assist the disabled with literacy via interactive, accessibility-enabled mobile device applications.
Artistic style and content will be briefed later
Applicants will be reviewed in December and Project will commence in January
