I need an Animator for a music video

I am an independent musician and I’ll be releasing my new ep soon. I need a good animator who is passionate about anime (particularly Naruto) for my music video. The music is a mix of kawaii and cumbia/pop. All characters have already been developed so we would need to develop a storyboard (already know the storyline) and the video itself. There will be several videos along the way, so I really need a good fit I can work with. :)
