3 minute 2d animation storyboard

I am looking for a 2d animation storyboard that will appeal to teenagers and adults. The animation should be in a cartoonish style, and the theme should be based on my specific idea. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating animation storyboards with cartoonish styles however I own the artwork that will inspire the storyboard . The animation should be engaging and entertaining, with a clear storyline that will keep the audience interested. The ideal candidate should also have experience in sketching visuals based on my descriptions in text.
