Job Description
We’re looking for the best Animator/3D Designers to help us create unique animations and videos for our client’s. If you are a self-motivated person, with an eye for quality and aesthetics. This is a work from home job so you can work from any city, state, or country.
Specifically, you should be able to:
• Conceptualizing ideas for characters, scenes, backgrounds and other animation elements
• Creating character sketches for new animations based on design briefs
• Developing storyboards for animation projects
• Designing backgrounds, sets and other elements of the animated environment
• Collaborating with other creatives including designers, photographers and other animators to finalize projects
Qualifications:
• BA in Graphic Design, Animation, Film or a related field is preferred
• 5+ years of experience in animation, motion graphics, video editing.
• Must have a reel or portfolio of work to demonstrate skills and abilities
• Candidates must have the ability to manage and produce high quality, character and object driven animations on deadline-driven projects providing and responding to critiques and reviews effectively.
• Ability to visually solve problems in collaboration with a broader team including other artists or team members.
• Possess both technical and artistic expertise to push the creative envelope to new heights while adhering to numerous quality and brand guidelines.
• Ability to work independently or in collaboration with a team
• Ability to effectively present concepts & ideas
• Ability to create thematic narrative & storyboards
• Proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as Maya, Modo, Blender
• Proficiency in Adobe Create Cloud tools including Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator
• Experience with Virtual and Augmented Reality a bonus
• Communicate clearly and in a timely manner with all members of the team.
• Properly and accurately gauge timelines required for completion of work.
