I am looking for animator

Hello, I am looking for someone who can create me 2 head turns (left and right, including the rigging) + 5 different triggers for an already existing puppet for adobe character animation. The triggers are: 1) Peace sign with the fingers 2) Folded arms 3) Hands clasped over head 4) Drinking Coffee 5) Wearing a baseball cap I only have the 10$ of budget.
