The concept of the whole thing is that the man and the woman live on opposite sides of the world, they live their own lives but are still connected. Eventually, once all other responsibilities and priorities sre fulfilled, they finally unite and live life together.
Their “responsibilities” will be represented by the pop ups that will appear per “scene”
There will be 5 “scenes”
Scene 1: 12 secs
The boy is on the left side of the earth, the girl on the right.
Not much will be shown in the first scene, no pop ups.
Just the two walking.
Attire/ Costume: casual tee
Jeans and shirt for the boy
skirt and sweater for the girl.
Scene 2:12 secs
The boy still on the left side of the earth, girl still on the right, they are still walking, but suddenly have to stop and look at their priorities.
Pop up: clocks for timezones, a group of laughing friends, piles of books for school, and a phone with notifications. These icons float in the space between them like obstacles.
Costume: Both change into school outfits — the boy wearing a collared shirt with a backpack, the girl in a neat school uniform with a satchel.
Scene 3:12 secs
They go back to walking, until they are once again stopped by priorities and they again have to look at them.
Pop up: parties, travel, work. Could be represented by plane tickets, wine, champagne etc.
Costume: regular civilian clothes. Long sleeves for man then black pants, blazer and pencil skirt for woman
Scene 4:20 secs
The obstacles disappear 1 by 1, The man and the woman finally meet, hold hands and get married.
Costume: the costume change will happen once they are getting married.
Tuxedo for the man and a wedding gown for the woman.
