kids animation for youtube channel

I am looking for a skilled animator to create 3D animations for my YouTube channel targeting preschool children aged 2-5 years old. The ideal candidate should have experience in 3D animation and be able to create engaging and educational videos that are more than 10 minutes long.
Key requirements for this project include:
- Proficiency in 3D animation software and techniques
- Ability to create characters and backgrounds that appeal to preschool children
- Strong storytelling skills to create entertaining and educational content
