3d instruction video -- 3

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a 1-3 minute 3D instructional video for my existing business. I have a detailed script and storyboard already prepared, but I am open to suggestions and refinements. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating 3D instructional videos and be able to provide examples of their previous work. The video should be engaging, informative and visually appealing. The freelancer should also be able to provide voice overs and sound effects. The project should be completed within a reasonable timeframe and within budget.
