Background:
• Your task is to create a 1-minute animation explainer video about our IVR service
• The IVR service gives the caller their One-Time Password (OTP) which is a 4-digit number
• OTP is specific to each mobile number. This means that if a different person calls using a different mobile number, they will not get the OTP
• Only the correct person calling from the correct mobile will get the OTP

The video should be in the following format:
0:00 – 0:02 : DHL logo fades in
0:02 – 0:05 : Text fades in “IVR – Interactive Voice Response service”
“I”, “V” and ”R” should be highlighted in bold
0:05 – 0:08 Show a person walking past shops and going towards a shop with the signboard marked “DHL”
0:08 – 0:13 – He walks into the shop and hands over a courier package to the girl across the main counter
0:13 – 0: 15 – Girl smiles and takes the package from him and starts tapping into her keyboard on her computer
0:15 – 0:18 – Girl’s computer screen shows a message saying “KYC Validation required”
0:18 – 0:21 – Girl’s computer screen shows a text field saying “Enter customer’s mobile number”
0:21 – 0:25 – She types in the mobile number “9999999999”
0:25 – 0:27 – Girl’s computer screen shows a message saying “One Time Password (OTP) - Generated”
0:27-0:30 – Girl looks up at the customer, customer looks at his phone
0:30 – 0:35 – Customer’s phone screen goes to “Address book “. Within “Address book” it selects “DHL IVR Service”
0:35-0:37 – Customer selects “DHL IVR Service” and presses Call button (Green colour) and then holds the phone to his ear
0:37 – 0:45 – Customer’s phone connects to Teleshoppe IVR server, Teleshoppe IVR server connects to DHL Server, DHL Server says “OTP for customer number 9999999999 is 4687”
0:45 -0:50 – DHL server sends back message to Teleshoppe server saying “Customer’s called ID has been successfully matched. Send back OTP 4687 to mobile number 9999999999”
0:50-0:51 – Teleshoppe server sends back a message (envelope) to customers phone
0:51-0:54 – Customer’s phone reads out a message into his ear saying “Your OTP is 4687”
0:55-0:57 – Customer smiles upon hearing the message, and tells the girl at the counter “4687”
0:58 – 0:59 – Girl smiles back, her computer says “Package successfully accepted”
0:59 – 1:00 Logo fades in saying “Secure. Instant. Reliable”
Next line “Interactive Voice Response service from Mobile Teleshoppe”
Next line – DHL logo and Mobile Teleshppe logo
No voiceover is required. Generic background music is required, something light and peppy.
