graphic designer with video production

I am looking for a graphic designer who is also skilled in video production, specifically animation video. The ideal candidate should have experience in flyer design and be able to bring creative ideas to the table. I am open to the designer's creativity and trust their expertise in delivering a visually appealing and engaging animation video. Example of the video but the request is to make it INTERACTIVE so that the viewer of the video can click and explore options and different approaches within the same video. . .
