2d game character design and animations

I'm looking for a 2D game character designer and animator! My desired style of art is cartoon, and I have an idea of how I want the character to look (however I am very open to changing it). I need basic-movement animation incorporated such as running, walking, jumping, falling, and a special "wallkick" which I can tell you more about. The art style will be similar to the attached screenshot (but that screenshot is NOT from my game). The deadline for the project is about 4 weeks but is flexible.
