3d vídeo animator

I'm looking for a 3D video animator to help bring my vision to life. I'm looking for a cartoon style of animation, and I need both characters and buildings animated. I already know what I want, but I do not have a storyboard yet. If selected, you will be responsible for creating a storyboard that encapsulates my vision. I'm looking for someone with creativity and a strong technical background in 3D video animation to help me achieve my goals.
