AI creators to create movie action scenes

I am looking for AI creators who can create James Bond-type action scenes in movies. I do not want to use VFX like Blender of Unreal Engine 5. VFX involves too much money. I am hoping AI can be a cheaper solution to creating action scenes. I will give all location backgrounds, and actors faces shot on green screen, and I need AI creators to create all the vehicles, like cars, speedboats, trucks, virtually (meaning that they are not real) and choreograph the action scenes based on past action scenes of movies which will be given to you.
