create an animated cartoon video based on video clips and audio of a person
Budget: $40 – $300 USD
I am looking for a skilled animator who can create an animated cartoon video based on video clips of a person. The video will have a storyline that is based on tv clips that are easy to find of the person and concept that I have in mind. I prefer a 2D style of animation for the video. The desired length of the finished video is more than 4 minutes, and does not have to be longer than 4 minutes 15 seconds.
Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong proficiency in 2D animation software such as Adobe Animate or Toon Boom
- Experience in creating animated videos with a storyline and concept
- Ability to work with video clips and incorporate them into the animation
- Creative and imaginative with the ability to bring ideas to life through animation
- Strong communication skills to ensure the video meets my expectations.
I would like to animate a video of an on-air personality that has many clips in a similar format. The animated clip would use their likeness for the entire video, the set up is them behind a desk or podium. The animation would show them is that setting answering questions. The video has to be at least 4 minutes long, and does not have to exceed a length of 4 minutes 15 seconds.
The work is to edit the person’s statements so it uses their common phrases, ums and recycled statements they often use. I will give examples and help find the audio clips. You will have to make the audio sound smooth. Splice together these statements and make it so the audio sounds like it was all said in the same recording. That will be part of the animation showing them talking and gesturing with their hand and some body movement.
The deliverable is the edited audio to sounds vague and a little confusing and the animation to look like the person normally looks. It is to make fun of the phrases and poorly spoken things on tv broadcasts.
The examples of what I am looking to do are below. Please note real audio will be clipped and spliced together to create the audio. Once that audio is ready and animation of the person at a desk or podium will be made to look like the person’s body movements and facial expressions.
