2. how much time you need to create the first draft

i am looking for a freelancer to assist with creating an animation based on the script below
the script is simpler
its abuilding of 5 floors

Floor 1 :
new born with mother put him in bed
Floor 2 :
child playing around in the house
Floor 3 :
child came in the home graduated and mom is happy with his girlfriend
Floor 4 :
mom is sick in bed and son is sad

Floor 5
the the kid is now a man with his pregnant wife.
