convert the power point content into a motion graphics - [Animation or Video]

Hello i need a person who knows how to convert the presentation into animation or motion graphics. my presentation requires me to convert it into a 5 minute animation simple and easy one. i require from you these following things:

1) add an ai voice to the animation which reads the content
2) insert motion graphics from yourself for supporting the text and creating a simple and beautiful animation.
3) add background music.
