color and shape game for target kids ages 3-5.

this is a trial project, if work, then i will give big project.
for now i need
- Kid friendly game that teaches children and tests them to recognize shapes and colors based on audio instructions.
- The instructions can be only audio or given by an animated colorful bird
- colorful bird /audio will ask the child to select the correct shape/color by pressing on displayed options. On level 1 this can be between 2 options, building into 3 and more in levels 2 and 3.
- this can be web or app
- prefer who builds such before, no new person.
