2D children's animation video for a song

I need a 2D children's animation video for a song. I am attaching the script with a second by second timeline. The total duration of the song is 1 min and 52 sec but the original animation that has to be created is 62 seconds because the choruses of the song are a copy & paste from the original animation created for the first chorus.
