I am looking for a 2D animation expert who can create a motion graphics style animation for me. The animation should be between 1-3 minutes long. I already have a detailed storyline in mind, so I need someone who can bring it to life. The ideal candidate should have experience in creating motion graphics and be able to work with me to refine the story if necessary. Some of the skills and experience I am looking for include:
