2D animator/ editor needed

Hello I have a small YouTube channel that I’m looking to have animations done for. I’ve got two video series that use small clips from a show and then I comment/ react to/ recap what’s happening. I’m looking to have a “talking head” with lip syncing and also some other animations like High Boi on YouTube or Alex meyers for references.

I don’t need the animations to be super high level just rudimentary will do and the lip syncing doesn’t have to be perfect either just passable.

Each video will be between 10-15 minutes long give or take a few minutes with me talking for around Half of it so you’d only need to animate the parts when I’m not showing any clips.

Right now I’m willing to pay 20 dollars an hour for up to 3 hours of work. I’m thinking that 3 hours of work is enough time to animate for around 5-10 minutes of screen time and if it doesn’t get finished we can discuss more options or I’ll just take whatever you have done.

I also would need you to slip the animated scenes into the video at the correct times because I don’t know how to do that.

I would also only expect 1 video a week so I think with that time frame and the 3 hours of work is worth 60 dollars.
