2D animator

I am looking for a 2D animator to help me bring my vision to life. The animation will be a 2D animated video for a small business with a duration of less than 1 minute. I already have a partial script/storyboard prepared, so I'm looking for someone to help bring it to fruition. I'm open to various techniques of animation, including traditional hand-drawn, digital, and stop motion.
