Budget: $30 – $250 USD
i need to animate 3 illustrations and they have to be json files. The "kids-jumping" files the kids needs to be jumping or moving happy, nothing big. The "people pointing" i need them to point and have the computer arrow move. For the "caps-flying" i just need the caps flying in the wind.
