2d animation video (mostly black & white) for crowdfunding campaign -- 2

Hi, we're a team that is designing party card games. We need a 2d animation video (black & white, with some colour here & there) for a Kickstarter crowdfunding campaign, with a length of about 105 seconds (1 min, 45 seconds). We have already prepared a storyboard/script along with line drawings, and voice over (link below). The animator should be able to depict emotions of some characters in the video (puzzled look, frustration, etc). We're looking to have this video ideally by 25th April, and no later than 29th April. We prefer an art style similar to this reference video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OtREUajBwIQ (Kickstarter campaign video of a game called Exploding Kittens). The animation can be a combination of hand-drawn, vector-based or motion graphics, as long as the message of the campaign is conveyed. Ideal skills for this job include proficiency in 2D animation software, design thinking and experience in creating crowdfunding campaign videos.

We're trying to make our video as entertaining as possible. The flow of scenes and information should be self-explanatory and engaging to the viewers. Suggestions from the animator are welcome.
