2D animation travel route

For the purpose of a travel video I am searching for an animator who can make an animation of a moving arrow on a map, that follows the road to pins: Buenos Aires to Posadas (Argentina) to Encarnacion (Paraguay) to Asuncion (Paraguay). The arrow has to highlight said places.
For two different animation of the same map I’m searching for an animation of a meandering rivers:Uruguay River and Parana River, from the source to the delta.
