2D animation short film

I am looking for a skilled animator to create a 2D animation short film that is more than 5 minutes in length. The animation should have a cartoon-like style, bringing the characters and story to life in a fun and engaging way.
Requirements:
- Expertise in 2D animation
- Ability to create high-quality and visually appealing animations
- Proficiency in using animation software such as Adobe Animate or Toon Boom Harmony
- Strong storytelling skills to accurately portray the complete script and storyboard
