animation and rigging

Hello. i will like the face to look a bit more mature and classy looking with red tips on the hair, I want some where and tare on the face make some 5 o'clock shadow on the face with the scar on scruff, and what looks like a exposed cybernetic implant under the left eye and some creative changes you can make the character is 6'3", I'd like a bespoke 3 peice suit with the arm exposed a suit that would suit a relaxed yet charming presents and i need someone that can make it in unity file
