2D or 3D animation needed

Hello, I'm looking to get an animation of a short story script that I have that is 8 minutes. There are 3 male characters and 2 female characters. The setting takes place in a vry nice house and at a radio station. All of the characters are adult African Americans and there is a little foul language in the beginning of the script. I have the voice overs for these characters. Do you need description of the characters or can you create them from the script & voices? Hope to hear back from you.
