3D animation for pronunciation support for English language learners

We are seeking to provide pronunciation resources for English language learners worldwide. We are hoping to create 3d animations of the mouth - positions and articulations of the tongue/lips/teeth for the various vowel and consonant sounds in English. I'm wanting a rotating 3D and transparent view into the mouth to see how the tongue moves through the sounds.
