2d animation + design

I am looking for someone who can create an animations of breathing. Animation will be a circle that will expand on the breath in and decrease on breath out. The whole animation circle should be expanding like lungs during breathing. It is important to present the breathing process in the movement of the circle. The rind/cirle will expand on the inhale and decrease on exhale. I see the circle in a form of ring made of dots or maybe you have another vision, I am open to ideas :). I provided Graphic files (Graphic1, Graphic2, Graphic3) to present the form of the ring/circle. The animations files (Animation1, Animation2) are presenting the desired movement of the ring. I would need 3 ideas for the ring in blue color.
