2d animation

I have images drawn by children. I want them to be animated and looped. The image content shouldn't change. I mean for example the faces of the characters should not turn into different characters. And the video should look like it is drawn by the same child. I have 10-15 images. All are of different styles. And the work is urgent. Can you do that?
