2d animation

I am looking for an experienced animator to create a 2d animation for entertainment purposes that lasts for more than 3 minutes. The animation should be created in the traditional hand-drawn style, so I can expect great visuals and a smooth flow. I am looking for someone who has a solid understanding of the design process, someone who can adapt the project to fit my desired vision. In addition, you should have a good knowledge base in the area of traditional 2d animation techniques. Ideally, I am looking for someone who is willing to commit to the project and bring a creative and collaborative approach to the process. Please include samples of your previous work in your proposal.
