2D animation

I'm looking for an animator to create a 2D animation for entertainment purposes that is more than 3 minutes long. The style of animation should be a cartoon. This animation can be an amusing video, or a vibrant series of characters and scenes. It requires skill in terms of concept, drawing, timing, layout, motion, special effects, and other techniques, so creativity and experience in animation are also needed. The final animation should be of a high quality and able to be enjoyed by the intended audience. I look forward to seeing the final product and the creative talent that can be brought to this 2D animation project.
