2d animated video-short story

Hello! I am looking for a talented Freelancer to create a customized 2D animated video for me with my own script. It's a short romantic story with different scenes that requires facial caricatures for two characters and facial reactions such as happiness and shyness... ,The video length is approximately one minute to one minute and a half.
I am specifically looking for Freelancers who have a big portfolio of 2D animated videos and a variety of templates to choose from. If you have ample experience in creating 2D animations and a vast collection of templates, please kindly contact me with a brief overview of your capabilities and how you can help me with my project.
Please note that my budget is tight, and I am looking for cost-effective solutions.
