YouTube Video Editor Needed (15–20 min videos, B-roll heavy, text animations, thumbnails a plus!)

Description:
I’m looking for a talented freelance video editor to help me scale my YouTube channel (currently ~10,000 subscribers). Up until now, I’ve been editing all my own videos, but I’m ready to bring on an editor for long-term collaboration.

What I need:

Editing 15–20 minute YouTube videos with a strong storytelling flow

Handling B-roll heavy footage (my videos typically include a lot of supporting clips)

Creating smooth transitions and maintaining an engaging pace

Adding text animations that match the aesthetic of my brand

Big plus: Experience designing impactful thumbnails that drive high click-through rates

Requirements:

Strong editing portfolio (please share links to past work that showcases your editing style)

Ability to work with large amounts of footage and maintain consistent quality

Creative eye for pacing, visuals, and audience engagement

Reliable and responsive communicator

Nice to Have:

Experience editing in the gardening, lifestyle, or food niches (not required, but a bonus)

Thumbnail design experience
