YouTube Shorts Editor With Flair

Job ID: 39722084

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I’ll hand over a timestamped script for each Short along with any reference links I already have. From there I need you to track down the most eye-catching footage or B-roll, drop everything into a 9:16 canvas, and cut a tight 30-60-second story that feels native to the platform.

Captions are a big deal for me. They should mirror the tone of the dialogue—serious when the moment hits, playful when we crack a joke—and move organically on screen. Think colour pops, scale shifts and other text animations that underline the point without distracting from it.

Music is yours to choose as long as it complements the energy of the scene and is safe for YouTube. Feel free to experiment; I’ll give feedback after the first draft so we dial in a consistent vibe.

Typical workflow
• I send the script and any notes.
• You deliver a first cut (MP4, 1080×1920) plus the project file so I can peek under the hood.
• I leave time-coded comments; you tweak.
• We publish, then move straight on to the next one.

Volume sits around five to ten Shorts a week, so reliability matters more than speed alone. If you’re comfortable sourcing clips, building tonal captions, and punching them up with tasteful text animations, let’s start with a paid test video and grow from there.
