YouTube Map Animation

I Need help creating 5 short animations for a youtube video. I have attached the files in a zip folder in dropbox and specs for each animation are below:

ANIMATION1 - LOCATION
-this is a 4 second animation of the map zooming in. I would like a circle drawn on the map in an animated way like in this video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ah53HHDecO0 . There is a sample circle attached of what should be circled. The circle should be white

ANIMATION2 - SKIN UP
this animation (and the rest of them) should have a red dotted line following the path. At the front of the line should be the faces that are attached. Add the faces and animation to the file 'Animation 2 - skin up PRE'

ANIMATION3 - RIDGE WALK
this animation should have a red dotted line following the path with the faces in front of the line. Add faces and animation to file 'Animation 3 - ridge walk PRE'

ANIMATION4 - DOWNCLIMB
this animation should have a red dotted line following the path with the faces in front of the line. Add faces and animation to file 'Animation 4 - downclimb PRE'

ANIMATION5 - SKI OUT
this animation should have a red dotted line following the path with the faces in front of the line. Add faces and animation to file 'Animation 5- ski out PRE'
