YouTube Manager for New Homebuilding Channel

I’m launching a YouTube channel to document the journey of building a custom homebuilding company from scratch—Rachuba Homes—and I need a highly skilled YouTube content creator/manager to help grow the channel quickly without showing my face.
The goal is to reach massive visibility in 60–90 days and establish Rachuba Homes as a powerful brand in the construction/home design space.

• Turn my scripts into polished video content (voiceover included if needed)
• Create engaging YouTube Shorts (3–5 per week) and full videos (1 per week)
• Add on-screen text, captions, motion graphics, and clean transitions
• Use stock footage, B-roll, construction visuals, or animations to illustrate concepts
• Consistent visual branding: intro/outro, logo watermark, thumbnails
Channel Management:
• Write keyword-optimized titles, descriptions, and tags
• Design thumbnails for Shorts and Long-Form (clean, clickable, professional)
• Schedule and post content with SEO best practices
• Suggest topics based on trending searches in real estate/homebuilding
Growth Strategy:
• Help drive subscriber growth via Shorts and search-optimized videos
• Recommend viral angles and hooks to boost reach fast
• Suggest cross-promotion opportunities (Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Community)
