YouTube Lofi video loop seamlessly with moving animations

I want to start a YouTube channel for my passion with lofi music . I want a chill / lofi video with animations that loop seamlessly for about 1 hour but the animation only has to be 60 seconds or less with minimum 1080p quality, I have some animations in mind like a train moving or just the night sky with tinkering stars and Lofi music in the background. If you reach out I need to see your previous work and or portfolio. I don't mind paying if the quality demands it . Im not in a hurry it's a project in the long run so I won't be putting deadlines , and i won't rush you but I would like some samples and to change ideias with you as the project evolves .
I would really like to make this dream project a reality and perhaps if I like your work we can develop a partnership in the long run as I would most likely be needing allot of animation / video and music work done .
