Whiteboard Animations short videos

Hello Everyone, i'm looking for someone who can create 8 scenes of 2D character animations/white board for a video project. (from 10 to 20 seconds each ) The animations would approximately look like the ones in this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mlAyvhc6m9o at 6:08 .
-A drawing with a picture on the face
- minimal scenery/ furniture or no scenery for the context
- The animations will be based on short scenes i will provide you.
- Finally i'd like the work to be different from most of 2d animations we are used to see on youtube. So feel free to propose ideas :-)
To be more detailed, i want to do a story telling videos but not the kind we are used to see. Let's say that some story will be more dramatic. i would like either to use a real face picture on the animation or if you can come up with a face design for the character based on the picture, it would be Amazing (to be discussed But more importantly, I want you to add your creative touch to it.
Basically i will give you short scenes briefs (maybe 5-6 lines) for you to understand the story and do an animation based on it.
