2D Whiteboard Animation for Educational Content

I'm looking for a professional who is experienced with VideoScribe to create a series of 2D whiteboard animation videos. Each video will be more than 3 minutes in length and the primary purpose of these videos is for educational content.
The ideal freelancer for this project should:
- Be proficient in using VideoScribe.
- Have a strong portfolio of creating educational whiteboard animation videos.
- Be able to incorporate provided voice overs effectively into the animations.
