White board animation in Doodle !

Hi .We are looking for a India based freelancers who have done white board animation work in doodle.

-We will provide audio/script (with old animation and new animation Vo),Font (Maiandra gd)
-We will also provide you old video reference and the person just needs to enhance it.
-Per minute cost would be Rs 1000 and ready to pay 60000 for one hour job.We need commitment to finish the work in 20 days.Person can take a work upto 2 hours.
-We require the final output file that should be in MP4 and the doodle project file should be in full HD.
