White Board Style Animation

Can you create a white board style animation of this quality and technique? This will be a christian educational animation between 15-30 minutes. This could turn into a series of videos. There will be a voice over, color and sound effects.
The quality will be 1080p HD at 30 fps.
Who ever responds must be willing to do a free 15 second animations based on a part of a storyline that we will give to them.
We are requesting bids to animate 15, 30 and 60 second sections. These sections may or may not be sewn together to make longer videos. That is why we want pricing based on these animation lengths.
