Wedding Picture Animation

I'm looking for an animator to bring a wedding picture to life in an artistic/abstract style.
Key details:
- The animation will focus solely on the couple in the picture
- The couple needs to be animated as if they're standing still
Ideal candidates will have a strong portfolio in creating artistic/abstract animations, particularly with still images. Experience with animating characters in a subtle, yet engaging way is a plus. Please share relevant work examples when bidding.
