Website Scroll Animation -- 2

Looking for someone to animate/parallax approximately 10 sequences for a website project. An example animation is attached along with the image elements. This will be inserted in a page builder (PRO/Cornerstone by Themeco). I would like to use a plugin such as Scroll Magic so we can just add a shortcode to the page content. Experience with those animation/parallax plugins is mandatory,

The area that I'll insert the shortcode will be a section within a page. I'm attaching an image that storyboards what I need.

I have never done anything like this so please ask any relevant questions.

I can give site admin access and ftp if neccessary.
